Doug Ozbey
General Manager
Doug joined PEDY in the late 90’s as a casual cleaner whilst attending university. Today, he manages the overall business, drawing from his educational background in engineering and economics. Doug’s responsibilities also include OHS, sales and marketing. Doug continues to bring new ideas and energy to PEDY.
Yasemin Ozbey
General Manager: New Business
Yasemin joined PEDY in 2017, after more than a decade working at one of Australia’s largest developers as a manager of commercial development. Drawing from her experience in the many facets of the property sector and her extensive network, Yasemin is crucial to growing the business and her hard work is unrivalled.
Caylene Vincent
Compliance Manager
Caylene was employed by PEDY to carry out a full and comprehensive overhaul of PEDY’s QOHSE. An expert in this field with many years of experience in various sectors, Caylene has built PEDY’s new IMS from scratch – which facilitated in the company achieving triple ISO accreditation.
Matthew Jones
Operations Manager
Matthew joined PEDY in 2019 after a number of years in Sales and Operations. Matthew manages and supervises PEDY operatives and manages overall performance at contract sites. Matthew also has strong experience with process improvement strategies and is applying this experience to the PEDY team
